![]() ![]() Greek is usually a good sign that it is Hermetic/Gnostic in nature. Most short 2-5 letter words tend to be other names for for YHVH, typically words ending in "-AL" (aleph, lamed) are angel names. The sigils in the center (except the olympic spirits) are made with the use of a Kamea, and all look relatively the same. Other than that try and parse out bits of information. Do cross reference names for any serious works though! You can typically find Hebrew spelling by just googling whatever word it is. There are a ton of resources available for transliteration though (most sources for this kind of work will have the transliterated word beside the Hebrew) and a very good portion of these follow the same method. U/fraterstephen is right, I would hesitate to even say I have a basic understanding of Hebrew. The spelling mistakes were in the names of Gabriel and Michael and have been corrected. ***Switched the Celestial names on the inner square to reflect traditional attributions. **There is also some debate over which directions the elements are attributed to, with many variances between sources. Joseph Peterson has a more in depth comparison here. Interestingly enough, the sigils themselves seem to have little variance in regards to their respective planets, it's just the names that are switched. Primarily because Raphael = medicine of god = caduceus wand = air = mercury. The words written in Hebrew are the reflection of the "descending" tree, while the ones written in Celestial are a more personal reflection representing the ascent used for pathworking meditations. The second circle contains a dual reflection of the Kabbalistic tree of life and representations of the four worlds at their corresponding Sefirot (written along the paths of the two squares.) The smaller texts are the 4 archangels called during the LRP in their respective directions. The sigils of the appropriate* archangels lie below. The spokes each contain the planetary seals, the sigils of their olympic spirits, and their intelligences (on the right) /spirits (on the left). The heptagram contains the planetary symbols with sacred geometric shapes, their respective sigils, and their holy characters. Outside of the heptagram are the names of the archangels guarding them* written in Hebrew. The outermost circle represents the macrocosm in it's entirety. Thank you all so much!
